Participants will deepen their understanding of relationally-oriente d theory and clinical technique and gain tools for assessing their own work from a relational stance . No prior familiarity with relational psychoanaly sis is assumed\, and the workshop is open to pract itioners of all types\, including therapists\, ana lysts\, consultants\, supervisors\, and master's-l evel students. Grounded in the growing body of res earch showing that therapeutic change depends on t he quality of the relationship between therapist a nd patient\, the workshop aims to broaden particip ants' professional skills and understanding within this evolving paradigm.
